Coach Les is a co-founder and our general manager, dealing with all aspects of club business.

    He has over 30 years of experience coaching girls and boys basketball at public and private high schools in Fairfax and Loudoun counties, with multiple aau basketball clubs, and several youth travel teams.  

     Coach Les has been around sports since his youth when he played baseball, basketball, tennis, and golf.  He still plays golf, and has now added pickleball to his activities. :)

    He's willing to help out wherever needed, and will assist Coach Kyle in providing opportunities for young athletes in our area to participate in sports.
